The iService Desk web site can only be reached from an on campus computer.
All work request MUST include an ESU student email address in the "Email Address" field.
Requests submitted without a valid ESU email address will be rejected.
Residents may only enter work requests for their residence hall room. Repairs for building common areas must be requested through a Resident Advisor, Desk Receptionist, or your Resident Director to avoid duplication in the system.
Students may not request lock changes, key replacements, eCard replacements, computer or cable related problems through the iService system. Please report these items to a Resident Advisor, or your Resident Director.
Please note: Emergency requests should be directed immediately to a Resident Advisor, Desk Receptionist, or your Resident Director.
