The RA role is one of the most challenging and rewarding student leadership positions available on campus.
Our RAs make a significant impact on the lives of the students living on campus.
RAs create a community on their floors, by offering a variety of programs to help students learn about themselves and others.
RAs encourage students to make good choices, experience diversity first hand and grow from challenges.
Many employers recognize the RA position on resumes and have a vast understanding of the demands placed on students in this position.
It is not uncommon for graduates to report that the training and experiences they received as RAs have been crucial to their career success.
