The College of Health Sciences is a specialized and professional academic unit. The college offers programs in health-related disciplines that prepare professionals, with a strong liberal arts background, to enter health-related careers. Graduates of the undergraduate and graduate programs in the college are prepared to effectively address a wide range of diversity in the delivery of healthcare. Graduates are also schooled in opportunities for physical activity for the purpose of maintaining and improving health, as well as a feeling of well-being.
Departments in the College of Health Sciences include Athletic Training, Dance, Exercise Science, Health and Physical Education Teacher Certification, Health Education, Health Services Administration, Nursing, Physical Education, Speech Language Pathology, and Sports and Exercise Conditioning.
