Mental Health Online Screenings
Mental Health Screenings allow you to assess yourself on a number of issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
The screenings ask basic demographic information from you and you then answer a series of questions to determine whether or not you have symptoms associated with any of the above concerns.
Mental Health Screenings are meant to be educational and informational, not diagnostic.
Screenings are anonymous and thus diagnosis and treatment recommendations are not provided.
If this is an emergency or you are seeking treatment, please call CAPS 570-422-3277.
If you have questions or would like to discuss your screening result, please contact CAPS to schedule an appointment.
