The Career Development Center proudly follows the National Association of Colleges and Employers "Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services and Employment Professionals" and expects employers to adhere to these policies. In addition, the office has developed a comprehensive "Recruitment and Employment Guidelines" to serve as a guide in approving employers, job postings, and promoting opportunities to East Stroudsburg University students and alumni.
By participating in on-campus recruitment, you have the opportunity to review resumes and pre-select candidates to interview for internships and full-time positions with your organization. Private interview rooms are available for you to use throughout the day. This service continues to be a popular service provided to employers. Job Vacancy Listings
All full-time and internship positions will be posted online by employers at warriorcareers.esu.edu. Services through this online job service are free to employers. Once you have registered for warriorcareers, you may post job/internship opportunities, edit job postings and contact information as needed, and search student/alumni resumes through the online resume database. The Career Development Center will assist you in any way we can to connect your organization with the best candidates. The Career Development Center operates under the ethical standards for professional conduct set forth by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). All employers and third-party recruiting organizations that recruit East Stroudsburg University students and recent alumni are expected to follow the NACE Principles for Professional Practice. Any organizations that violate these principles and/or the guidelines to follow may have their recruiting privileges revoked.
