- All motor vehicles parking on campus must be registered with the University Police Department. This includes visitors to the campus. To register a vehicle to park on campus, just stop in at the University Police Department, located at 350 Normal Street on the campus, and present your valid vehicle registration card. There is currently no charge to register your vehicle.
- The University and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania assume no responsibility or liability for loss or damage to any motor vehicle parked or driven on its property. The University Police may tow any illegally parked vehicle.
- All parking lots and sections of parking lots are designated for specific permits. You must park in a lot that is designated for the type of permit you are issued. A complete list of parking areas is available at the University Police Department Headquarters.
- Unless otherwise posted, after 4:30 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday, parking is permitted on campus without a permit, provided you are parked in a designated parking space. The Front Circle is reserved for Faculty 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The east side of the lot behind Rosenkrans, the east side of the lot behind Koehler Field House, and the Faculty and Staff parking area at the Fine Arts building are restricted to Faculty and Staff only until 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- A complete list of all parking regulations is available at the University Police Department. Remember to arrive for class early and if you are arriving for a class after 9 a.m. you should go directly to one of the lots further out from the middle of campus.
