Every semester companies come to ESU to interview students for full time employment upon graduation. This is an excellent opportunity FOR YOU to gain interviewing experience, and possibly land a job!

Feel free to sign–up for a videotaped MOCK INTERVIEW prior to your interview to get a thorough critique of your interviewing skills!
Guidelines for On–Campus Interviews
- Dress professionally
- Bring a copy of your resume to the interview
- Keep a record of each appointment time and location
- Be prepared (handouts on job interviewing are available) or meet with a counselor to review effective interviewing skills
- Arrive approximately 10 minutes before your appointment time
- If at any time you feel your interviews are not going well, come in and speak with the Director of Career Services for assistance
- IMPORTANT: "Signing–up" for an interview is a commitment. Failure to meet this obligation is treated as a serious breach of your responsibility and will be addressed accordingly
