As a branch of Student Affairs, United Campus Ministry is an unit that facilitates the intellectual, emotional and spiritual development for the East Stroudsburg University community.

The program is conducted in a manner, which supports the educational mission of the university and seeks to:

• Provide a safe, welcoming environment, which promotes equality, dignity, and mutual respect among all faiths.
• Develop student leadership skills through community service activities, social and educational programming.
• Foster the spiritual growth of students by actively providing service to campus constituents and local non-profit organizations.
• Provide religious education through the acquisition of resources such as professional religious educators, reference materials, participation in ministry conferences and travel to promote social justice.
• Encourage student initiative and participation through referral to local places of worship.
• Promote a positive relationship between East Stroudsburg University and local spiritual leaders and their congregations.
