Before becoming a secretary for the Residence Life and Housing offices, I worked as a secretary for the Registrar and Graduate School offices. I enjoy the educational atmosphere that the University has to offer. Everyone on campus that I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with, are professional, highly motivated and informative. The daily interaction with the students has been the greatest pleasure.

I was born and raised here in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. Over the years, I have seen the growth of the Poconos expand extensively with new people and culture from nearby states. These newcomers consider me a “native” of the area.

This past November, my husband Barry and I celebrated 30 years of marriage with a trip to the Bahamas in February. We have fantastic siteseeing photos from visiting the Nassau area and relaxing on the beach. We have two great adult children.

Our son Nathan has recently started taking classes again here at ESU and hopes to find the right career path to pursue. Our daughter, Allison is currently a senior at ESU and will be graduating this May with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She participated in the band program for 4 years and is graduating with a concentration in Music.

When time allows, I enjoy the simple things in life. I love to travel to new areas, sew, craft, and play “Bunco”. My newest obsession is stamping and scrapbooking.
