How to Sign-up

Step 1: Call 570-422-2981or stop by the Lifestyle Management Office to schedule an Initial Consultation.
Step 2: Discuss the Fitness Menu with a qualified staff member to choose exactly the service that you want and need.
Step 3: Purchase your selected service.
Step 4: Schedule your appointment(s).
Step 5: Arrive on time prepared to work hard and begin your fitness journey with the Recreation Center Personal Training Program!
