ABOUT
The Group Fitness Program is designed for those who are looking for an organized workout. All of the classes are FREE OF CHARGE to members and offered on a first come, first serve basis. Each class is lead by ESU student instructors. The class schedule is posted online prior to the first week of academic classes each semester.
