Welcome to the Student Billing website. Our goal is to make paying for your education as simple as possible. These pages provide important information that will help you with the necessary steps in the Student Billing process, so that you can focus on your studies!
Our department is responsible for the billing of tuition, fees, room and board. We also process refunds, set up meal plans, and collect payment for other miscellaneous items such as parking tickets and library fines. For payment, we accept cash, personal checks, bank checks, and Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Our hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM weekdays. We often have extended hours on the weekend prior to the beginning of the fall semester. Future plans include the added convenience of paying your bill with a credit card on line.
Fall semester bills are typically mailed to all registered students in mid-July with a due date in early August; spring semester bills are mailed in late November with a due date in mid-December.
