A transcript is an official record of a student's entire tenure at East Stroudsburg University. It reflects all coursework and grades per term for each school or college attended within the university. Other information on the transcript includes:

Name as it appears in the East Stroudsburg University records
School and departmental affiliation
Degree/certificate program (if applicable)
Degree/certificate conferral date (if applicable)
Honors earned (if applicable)
G.P.A.

There is a $2.00 fee for this service. Transcripts will not be issued on behalf of students who have any kind of final obligation or "hold" at the university.

Ordering a Transcript

Print, complete, and sign the Transcript Request Form. If your are mailing your request, please send it to the address listed to the left under contact info.

You may also order a transcript in-person at the Enrollment Services office located in the Zimbar-Liljenstein Hall.
