Stony Acres offers a wide variety of team building or challenge education programs. The program design is determined by the purpose and goals of the group. Each program is customized and follows a progression including ice breaking activities, a spotting and trust sequence, and initiatives or group problem solving exercises. A full day program then allows participants the opportunity to challenge themselves on the high elements where they are tied into a safety harness and belayed (anchored) as if they were rock climbing. These programs provide participants with many opportunities for intrinsic rewards and are commonly used to facilitate individual and group growth.
