Madeline Constantine
Program Director and coordinator of the facility. Job includes handling reservations, coordinating and facilitating programs, and training staff. Madeline is also club sport coordinator for the university and is a frequent guest lecturer for various ESU classes.

Chuck Constantine
Director of grounds, maintenance, and on-site operations. Chuck is a former adjunct professor in the Movement Activity and Lifetime Fitness department who taught mountaineering, backpacking, and new games and adventure activities.

There are approximately 40 seasonal programmers who help to facilitate groups.
