The Center has five conference rooms that can be configured to accommodate small groups of ten (10) up to theatre style seating for seventy (70), and the Keystone Room can accommodate large gatherings of several hundred people.

Several other unique options include a formal Reception Center with an outdoor terrace overlooking the courtyard and the Senate Chamber, which offers tiered seating with work desks and a podium area.

Groups may request special room set-ups, including the provision of audiovisual equipment.

Catering is available in all locations through advance arrangements with the campus dining service.

Room Reservation Center
Student groups and University departments may reserve University Center facilities, as well as the Keystone Room, by visiting the Reservation Desk located in the Student Organization Complex on the 2nd Floor of the University Center. Student organizations are given first priority scheduling at the beginning of each semester for planned use of the University Center. In addition to specific rooms, there are several locations in the University Center that may be used by groups for sales and solicitation purposes.

Individuals wishing to reserve cabins or the Lodge at Stony Acres may do so at the Student Activity Office.
