Hello, everyone! Welcome to ESU! My name is Stacey Buffalino and I am from Fair Lawn NJ. I am a senior majoring in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. I am a dancer in The Musical Revue and a member of the Alpha Sigma Tau sorority. This was my second year serving as an Orientation Leader and I am very excited about my work as a New Student Mentor! Although you may feel nervous, just remember that we all have experienced that nervousness at one point! Be yourself and get involved. Feel free to ask me any questions that you may have, I'd be honored to be of any assistance to you! E-Mail me at: slb9427@esu.edu.

You chose it! You’ll be here! Make it history! Hi, I am Jillian Capotorto from Tobyhanna PA. I am proud to say that I have taken advantage of the opportunities that ESU has given me. I am double majoring in Spanish and Communication Studies. With a small student–faculty ration, I always have the opportunity to ask questions. I consider myself to be a leader here at ESU. Not only am I involved in Orientation and the New Student Mentor Program, I am also a Community Assistant at the University Ridge Apartments. In between classes and homework, I enjoy spending time at the Recreation Center, playing Recreation Center sports, being an active member of the foreign language club, the Polyglots, and attending sporting events. Trust me when I say you can always find something to do on campus. If you have any questions, just ask me: jiling1224@aol.com!

Hi, everyone! My name is Brian Foley. I'm from East Stroudsburg PA and I am majoring in Theatre with a minor in Music. On behalf of all of the Orientation Leaders, I would like to welcome you ESU! My advice to incoming students is just to be yourself. Coming to a new campus can be intimidating, but there is no doubt in my mind that you will find people with similar interests. A good way to do this is to involve yourself in campus sports, clubs, or activities. One of the best and most valuable experiences of my university career was being a part of The Musical Revue. I not only got to do what I love, but I made lifelong friends in the process. Another bit of advice is to work on attaining good time management skills. A way to stay ahead of the game and achieve success in the classroom is to be on top of your tasks and be able to balance  academic work, co–curricular activities, and social activities in a healthy way. If you have any questions, e-mail me at: bmf1371@esu.edu.
