PLAN FOR SUMMER ORIENTATION NOW
Orientation information and reservation forms are mailed to incoming students beginning in April. In order to assure fairness to all students, Orientation information is mailed from the University in order of students' admission deposit dates.
Incoming students are asked to rank Orientation dates in their order of preference on their Orientation reservation forms. Orientation reservations are made in order of the University's receipt of completed Orientation forms and payment.
Seating is limited to a specific number of participants for each Orientation session. Thus, it is important for students to respond in a timely manner to all correspondence for the best opportunity to secure their date preferences.
Orientation FeesTwo-Day Freshman Program
The $75.00 per person (student & parent) program fee covers the costs associated with the program including meals and refreshments, staffing, materials, logistics, recreation and entertainment, and on-campus overnight housing.
One-Day Transfer Student Program
The $35.00 per person (student & parent) program fee covers the costs associated with the program including lunch and refreshments, staffing, materials, and logistics. Transfer students (& parents) have the flexibility of attending the two-day session at the $75 per person fee rather than attending the one-day session.
PLEASE NOTE: Orientation forms and payments are processed through the mail, rather than online and over the phone.
