Students
Students attending orientation will be instructed on when and how to obtain an eCard.

Orientation students need to bring a photo ID such as driver's license, state photo ID, or passport.

If you are not attending orientation, you will need to be enrolled for classes before you can obtain your ID card.

Employees
Employees should be entered into the Human Resources database before a university identification card will be issued.

The employee should check with Human Resources to see that this step is complete. New employees need to bring a photo ID such as a driver's license, state photo Id or passport.

There is no charge for the first eCard.
