Catholic Mass on Campus

Catholic Mass is conveniently held on campus every Sunday evening at 9:00pm in Lenape Hall. All students, faculty, staff, and community members are welcome. Please check the United Campus Ministry "Calendar of Events" link for updated dates and times. Other Catholic Masses are available through Saint Matthew's Church located in East Stroudsburg and is within walking distance of the campus, (Proceed on the road directly across the front of campus as if walking to Walmart. Saint Matthew's is on the right side just prior to the bridge.) Check the United Campus Ministry "Places of Worship" link for more information.

Share Your Talent at Mass

United Campus Ministry invites students, faculty, staff, and community members to participate in the Catholic Mass on campus in a number of ways. Musicians, Cantors, Lecturers, Eucharistic Ministers, Alter Servers, and Commentators are always in need. The Catholic Mass takes place on Sunday evenings at 9:00 pm in Lenape Hall. Please contact United Campus Ministry if you are interested in getting involved.

Faith Sharing

A faith discussion takes place immediately following the weekly spaghetti dinner. Check the "Calendar of Events" link for the most updated times of the Spaghetti dinner. All spaghetti dinners take place at the United Campus Ministry house located on 103 Smith Street with the exception of a few, which will be announced in advance.

Spirituality and Bible Discussions

United Campus Ministry has been working with local clergy to expand this program to accommodate different religious and spiritual needs. Local clergy have volunteered to assist with this program as a part of their community outreach. More specific information will be announced regarding which local place of worship will be facilitating the program. Dates and times for this event are as follows:

  • Brown Bag and Bible, Mondays and Wednesdays, 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm, room 206, University Center, September 22nd through December 3rd (Event canceled Oct. 13th, Columbus Day).
  • Spirituality Discussion, Tuesday Evenings, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm, room 206, University Center, September 23rd - December 2nd (Event cancelled Nov. 25th).
