EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University women's volleyball player Dawn Peipher (Bethlehem, Pa./Liberty) was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Women's Volleyball Eastern Division Player of the Week.

Peipher, a junior libero, led the Warriors to a 3-2 mark last week, including a 2-2 effort against PSAC West teams. In the games against the western division, Peipher had 109 digs, including 42 in a hard-fought loss to Clarion. She had 51 digs in wins against Edinboro and Millersville.

The Warriors are 10-3 this season and will play at the Clarion Tournament this weekend. ESU plays Anderson Friday evening and two matches Saturday.
