WEST CHESTER - Michelle Powers and Jenna Burd combined for 23 kills to lead West Chester past East Stroudsburg University in PSAC East women's volleyball on Tuesday night.

Powers had 13 kills and hit .480, while Burd added 10 kills and hit .444 for the Golden Rams (15-6, 6-1).

Sophomore outside hitter Alyson Stark had eight kills for ESU. Senior libero Kim Dormer (11) and sophomore outside hitter Brianne Bachman (10) were both in double figures in digs.

Senior Caitlin Kuhn and freshman Heather Paulus helped the Warriors record 11 blocks in the match.

ESU (10-13, 4-4) will be back in action this weekend with a tournament at Shepherd (W.V.).
