Stark Earns All-PSAC East Honors for Second Straight Season
EAST STROUDSBURG – Junior outside hitter Alyson Stark was named to the PSAC East Women’s Volleyball second team for the second straight season after leading East Stroudsburg University in kills and aces during the 2009 season, it was announced Thursday.

LOCK HAVEN – East Stroudsburg University finished its 2009 women’s volleyball season on the road at Lock Haven on Tuesday night, falling in three sets to the PSAC East regular season champions.

EAST STROUDSBURG – East Stroudsburg University junior outside hitter Alyson Stark had a season-high 18 kills in her first match back on the court in five weeks in a 3-2 loss to Shippensburg on Friday night, and junior libero Lindsey Lullo went over 1,000 career digs in a 3-1 loss to Millersville on Saturday at Koehler Fieldhouse.

KUTZTOWN – Kutztown recorded a three-set victory over East Stroudsburg University in PSAC East women’s volleyball on Saturday, winning by scores of 25-17, 25-21 and 25-19.

WEST CHESTER – West Chester posted a 3-0 win over East Stroudsburg University in PSAC East women’s volleyball on Friday night. Junior libero Lindsey Lullo had 25 digs, the eighth time this season she has recorded at least 25 digs in a match. Lullo entered the week ranked sixth in Division II with 5.7 digs per set.

EAST STROUDSBURG – Freshmen Kiersten Noll and Kaitlin Behrens had 13 and 10 kills, respectively, to lead East Stroudsburg University to a pair of wins over Cheyney in PSAC East women’s volleyball on Saturday at Koehler Fieldhouse.

ESU Announces "Think Pink" Events for Women's Volleyball, Field Hockey
EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University will hold several events to “Think Pink” in the fight against breast cancer, beginning with the Warriors’ field hockey games this weekend. The women’s volleyball team will also participate later this month with their PINK event on Oct. 30 and 31.
