EAST STROUDSBURG - Three East Stroudsburg University freshmen volleyball players were named to the All-Tournament team following the Warriors' performance last weekend in Fairfax, Va.

Outside hitters Kayla Mahaffay and Alyson Stark and setter Amy Casteel were three of 15 players honored on the team. The Warriors went 1-2 in the tournament, with all three matches going five games. ESU lost to UNC Pembroke and Lees-McRae before beating Concordia in its final match on Saturday.

Mahaffay (Coal City, Illinois/Coal City) led the Warriors with 55 kills in the three matches and had an attack percentage of .303. She had 19 kills in each of the first two matches, and 17 in ESU's 3-2 win over Concordia.

Stark (Churchville/Council Rock South) had 41 kills and hit .381. She had double-figure kills in all three matches, including 16 in the Warriors' win on Saturday.

Casteel (Hollywood, Fla./Northeast) had 135 assists for the weekend, and turned in 42 assists and 17 digs against Concordia.
