EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University junior Katherine Doyle has earned the ABC Trophy, Inc. Athlete of the Week for her performance last weekend at the Lafayette-Rider Invitational.

Doyle (Doylestown/Central Bucks West) ran the anchor leg on the 4x400 relay team that reached the NCAA provisional qualifying time of 3:56.42, and also clocked ESU's best time in the 200m this season at 26.43.

Jasmine Johnson, Leslie Martin and Trina Carito ran the first three legs of the relay, which finished second to Penn in a field of 13 schools.

Her time in the 200m is the third-fastest in the PSAC this year, and she has also has a top-five time in the 55m dash and is a conference qualifier in the 400m.

ESU will host the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships next weekend (March 1-2) beginning on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Koehler Fieldhouse.
