EAST STROUDSBURG - Senior Sally Kaminski, junior Christine Swiker and sophomore Sarah Roscioli will lead East Stroudsburg University at the 2009 PSAC Swimming Championships, which will be held this weekend at Cumberland Valley High School.

Swiker is seeded fifth in the 400 IM, where her time of 4:44.95 at Connecticut College broke her own school record in December. She is also seeded seventh in the 200 IM, eighth in the 100 fly and ninth in the 200 fly after an outstanding junior season for the Warriors.

Roscioli set school records in the 50 and 200 breaststroke during her sophomore year. She broke the 200 breast record two weeks ago at the ESU Invitational in 2:30.42 and holds all three breaststroke records at ESU. She is seeded ninth in the 200 and 12th in the 100, has a qualifying time in the 50 free and may swim the 200 IM as well.

Kaminski is another school record holder, establishing new marks in the 100 free (53.84) and 200 free (1:57.53) during the 2006 season. She is qualified in the 50 and 100 free and may also swim the 200 while participating in all five relays.

Four Warriors - junior Heather Van O'Linda, sophomore Amy Rowland and freshmen Lindsay DuAime and Chia Scoppetta - will also make the trip to the PSAC championships and participate in the relays. The 200 free and 400 medley relay will be held on Friday, followed by the 200 medley and 800 free on Saturday. The meet concludes with the 400 free relay on Sunday.

The finals in the individual events will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, with the preliminaries scheduled for the morning sessions.
