WEST CHESTER - Sarah Oswald scored the game-winning goal 5:04 into the first overtime to lift West Chester to a 2-1 win over East Stroudsburg University on Monday afternoon.

Junior co-captain Janel Cleffi gave ESU an early lead 7:06 into the match before Brittany Yetter found the net to tie the score in the 25th minute.

After a scoreless second half, Oswald scored off an assist from Jessica Bennett to give West Chester the win. Hilary Smart made six saves for the Golden Rams, including one in overtime.

Junior goalkeeper Janine Turcio suffered her first career loss for ESU after winning her first four decisions.

ESU falls to 3-2 in the PSAC East heading into Saturday's PSAC crossover game against Lock Haven. Kickoff will be at 12 p.m. at Eiler-Martin Stadium.
