EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University field hockey players Joelle Lussi (Shavertown, Pa./Lake-Lehman) and Adele Mauck (Littlestown, Pa./Littlestown) have been selected to participate in the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division II North/South Senior All-Star game.

The game will be held Saturday, Nov. 19 at the University of Louisville at 5:30 p.m.

Lussi, a forward, is third on the team with seven goals. She also has an assist. Mauck has excelled on defense from her left back position. She has not scored a goal but has been a big part of the ESU defense.

Lussi and Mauck will be members of the 18-person South squad along with players from Shippensburg, Kutztown, Bryant, Mercyhurst and Philadelphia.

The North squad will feature players from Franklin Pierce, Stonehill, Southern Connecticut State, the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, Bentley, Assumption, Merrimack and Saint Anselm.

The Warriors are 9-8 overall this season and will play three times this weekend all at Whitenight Field. ESU will play Catawba (N.C.) Friday at 3 p.m., Slippery Rock Saturday at 1 p.m. and Mansfield Sunday at 2 p.m.
