EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University field hockey standout Ashley Kocis is featured in this week's "Faces in the Crowd" section of Sports Illustrated.

Green Bay Packers legendary quarterback Brett Favre is on the cover of the December 4th issue.

Kocis is in the "Faces in the Crowd" section with Tippy Jordan, a high school soccer player from Mahtomedi, Minn.; Rashod Henry, a football from Mississippi; Todd Iacovelli, a cross country runner from Hawaii; Sarah Pavan, a volleyball from the University of Nebraska and Tim Sadowski, a volleyball player from New Hampshire.

Kocis set ESU records with 29 goals scored this season and 56 in her career and was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Player of the Year, the first from ESU to earn the honor.
