EAST STROUDSBURG - Senior Karleigh Bowen (Forty Fort/Wyoming Valley West) and sophomore Kierstyn DeNardo (Nazareth/Northampton) have both been named to the All-PSAC field hockey team for the 2007 season.

Bowen was one of three backs named to the first team. A three-year starter, she had four assists as a senior and had one goal and five assists in her career at ESU.

DeNardo was mentioned as a second team midfielder. She started all 20 games in her first year of action for the Warriors and had two goals and two assists.

Also on Tuesday, all five ESU seniors were selected to play in the NFHCA Division II Senior All-Star game on Saturday, Nov. 17 at the University of Maryland. Bowen will be joined on the team by forward Sarah Cordora, forward Rachael Hasselhan, back Kristen Lutz and midfielder Dominique Scott.
