EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University's field hockey game with Bloomsburg that was postponed on Tuesday afternoon will be resumed on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Whitenight Field.

The Huskies, ranked No. 2 in Division II, lead 2-1 with 22:28 left in the contest. Ashley Heckard gave Bloomsburg a 1-0 lead 16:07 into the game before ESU freshman Monica Gombita tied the score at 1-1 with 7:29 left before halftime on an assist from freshman Brittany Kocis.

Jamie Vanartsdalen put the Huskies in front 2-1 less than two minutes into the second half before the game was halted due to lightning, and later postponed due to darkness.
