EAST STROUDSBURG – East Stroudsburg University men’s basketball assistant coach Justin Potts has been named the acting head coach of the women’s basketball team, it was announced on Wednesday.
Potts has been an assistant coach at ESU alongside men’s basketball head coach Jeff Wilson since Wilson was named head coach prior to the 2002-03 season.He will maintain his responsibilities with the Warriors’ men’s basketball program along with his duties as the acting head coach of the women’s team.

Senior forward Jackie Yandrisevits had 20 points and six rebounds and senior guard Keri Cahill had 12 points, five rebounds, four assists and four steals to lead ESU. Yandrisevits finishes her career as the all-time leading scorer in school history with 1,784 points.

Feb. 21 Yandrisevits Sets ESU Women's Basketball Career Scoring Record
CHEYNEY - Senior forward Jackie Yandrisevits scored 29 points and broke East Stroudsburg University's career scoring record of 1,733 points held by Claudine Simard (1988-92) on Saturday at Cheyney's Cope Hall.
Yandrisevits scored 10 of ESU's first 16 points to tie Simard's record and hit a jumper from the left elbow with 6:49 left in the first half to give her 1,735 points and become the all-time leading scorer in school history. She finished with 1,752 points with two games left in the regular season.

BLOOMSBURG - Junior forward DeAnna Rayam scored 12 of her 14 points in the first half to help East Stroudsburg University build a 22-point lead, and the Warriors coasted to a 70-58 win at Bloomsburg on Wednesday night in PSAC East action.
Senior forward Jackie Yandrisevits had 15 points and eight rebounds and moved into third on the Warriors' career scoring list, passing Tonia Lloyd, who scored 1,675 points in her four years at ESU.
Senior guard Keri Cahill tied her career-high with 14 points and played in her 100th career game for the Warriors. She is three assists away from entering ESU's career top 10 and also had four rebounds, two steals and a block against the Huskies.
