ESU Rallies From Nine-Point Deficit for 76-68 Win at USP
PHILADELPHIA - Junior forward DeAnna Rayam scored a career-high 20 points and sophomore guard Kristen Murray added 16 as East Stroudsburg University won 76-68 at the University of the Sciences for its first victory of the 2008-09 season on Thursday night.

Warriors Fall 69-50 to UDC at Shippensburg Tournament
SHIPPENSBURG - Senior forward Jackie Yandrisevits reached 25 points and 10 rebounds for the second time in her career, with 27 points and 11 boards, but the University of the District of Columbia topped East Stroudsburg University 69-50 in the Warriors' second game of the season on Sunday at Shippensburg.

Women's Basketball Drops Season Opener, 74-60 to Charleston (W.V.)
SHIPPENSBURG - Jihan Williams had 17 points and 14 rebounds to lead Charleston (W.V.) to a 74-60 win over East Stroudsburg University in the women's basketball opener for both schools on Saturday at Shippensburg.

EAST STROUDSBURG - Senior forward Jackie Yandrisevits, one of the top players in school history, leads a group of five players with starting experience that will look to give East Stroudsburg University its fourth straight appearance in the PSAC playoffs during the 2008-09 season.

EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University's men's and women's basketball programs will both be looking for their fourth consecutive appearances in the PSAC tournament led by preseason all-conference selections Chris Bach and Jackie Yandrisevits, the conference announced Thursday as part of the statewide basketball media day.

Warriors Basketball to Hold Midnight Madness on Thursday, Oct. 16
EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University will host "Midnight Madness" on Thursday, October 16 at Koehler Fieldhouse to ring in the upcoming 2008-09 basketball season. Admission is free and the doors will open at 8 p.m. with the madness running from 8:30 p.m. until 10 p.m.

EAST STROUDSBURG - The East Stroudsburg University women's basketball team will play on national television when the Warriors travel to Shippensburg on Jan. 17, 2009, the NCAA announced Monday.

EAST STROUDSBURG - Junior guard Jackie Yandrisevits was named to the All-PSAC East first team for the second straight season and senior forward Monika Fogelsanger is a member of the all-conference team for the first time in her career, the PSAC announced Tuesday.
