EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University got wins from four of its top five wrestlers, including another pin from senior Dave Williams at 197 pounds, to defeat Boston University 21-17 in the final home dual match of the season on Sunday at Koehler Fieldhouse.

The Terriers led 10-3 after the first four bouts in a match that began at 157 pounds. Sophomore Shane Mallory earned the Warriors' only points with a 10-3 decision over C.J. Inglin at 174 pounds.

Williams turned the tide with a third-period pin of John Hall in the 197 pound bout. Williams got the fall with 38 seconds left in the match to improve to 6-0 with five pins since moving up to 197 last month. He has an 8-5 overall record with six falls this season.

Sophomore Chris Birchler followed with a 9-2 decision against Jim Connors at 285, and sophomore Matthew Benedetti picked up six points with a forfeit at 125 to put ESU ahead 18-10.

Junior Matt Swallow sealed the victory for the Warriors with a 6-0 decision over Abbie Rush at 133.

Senior Sean Carr (141) was the only ESU wrestler with a winning record to fall on Sunday as he dropped a 5-3 decision to Joey Whitaker. No. 20 Mike Roberts (149) finished the day with a major decision over ESU's Jesse Dunn.

Birchler earned his 22nd victory of the season and Swallow and Mallory both picked up their 18th wins. Carr fell to 20-9 on the year.

ESU will finish its dual schedule next Sunday with a trip to Bloomsburg for a tri-match with the Huskies and Delaware State.
