EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University junior setter Adam Holdredge (Tunkhannock/Tunkhannock) has earned a spot on the Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association All Academic team.
To be eligible, student-athletes must play in at least 60% of their teams games and have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.50.
Holdredge, a health and physical education major, boasts a 3.964 GPA, the highest of the 12 players and was a key part of the Warriors' run to an EIVA Hay Division title.
ESU won the division and earned a promotion to the Tait Division with a 10-2 record. Holdredge was fourth in the EIVA in assists, averaging 12.24 per game.
The Warriors concluded their 2005-06 season with a 16-8 overall record after losing to Juniata in the first round of the EIVA playoffs.
