EAST STROUDSBURG - Five players had at least eight kills to lead Quincy (Ill.) to a 3-1 win over East Stroudsburg University in non-conference men's volleyball on Wednesday night at Koehler Fieldhouse.

The Hawks held a .265-.158 advantage in attack percentage and 25-14 edge in service errors to down the Warriors, 30-21, 25-30, 30-25, 30-24. Shawn Brannick had 12 kills and 10 blocks and led a defensive effort that recorded 22.5 blocks in the match.

Senior Jon Daley had 22 kills and junior Chris Holden added 14 for ESU (3-6), which had won two straight matches and was playing for the first time since a 3-2 win at Sacred Heart on February 22.

Freshman Levi Kauffman directed the ESU attack with assists on 51 of the team's 56 kills and also had seven digs. Senior libero R.J. Roth led the Warriors with 14 digs.

ESU returns to the floor at Koehler Fieldhouse on Thursday night with a 7 p.m. match against King College (Tenn.).
