STATE COLLEGE - No. 1 Penn State made just nine attack errors and hit over .500 in every game to improve to 17-0 with a 3-0 win over East Stroudsburg University on Friday night in State College.

Sophomore Chris Holden led ESU with a match-high 15 kills and had a .429 attack percentage, but the rest of the Warriors combined for 21 attack errors and Penn State had seven blocks.

Matt Anderson had 10 kills on 11 attacks to lead the Nittany Lions, who won by scores of 30-13, 30-22 and 30-20.

ESU will host George Mason on Sunday at Hempfield High School in Lancaster in a matinee beginning at 2 p.m.
