LORETTO - East Stroudsburg University put together its best performance of the season, but St. Francis had just enough to edge the Warriors in all three games in an EIVA Tait Division match on Monday night.

Jesse Landis had a team-high 10 kills and Brian Geslak had nine kills and hit .643 for ESU (1-6, 0-3), which dropped the first game 30-25 before going the distance in the final two games.

The Red Flash (8-6, 4-1) won the second game 31-29 and the Warriors had game point in game three before St. Francis closed out the match with a 32-30 win.

Nick Revett had 22 kills for St. Francis, which hit .367 for the match. ESU had a .244 hitting percentage and made only 15 attack errors and 13 service errors over the three games.

Senior John Post (22) and freshman Josh Hobson (10) combined for 32 of ESU's 35 assists, and libero R.J. Roth had eight digs.

The Warriors will return home to host No. 2 Penn State on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Koehler Fieldhouse.
