Norris and Baxter Reach PSAC Doubles Semifinals

BLOOMSBURG - Sophomores Will Norris and Ryan Baxter knocked off Matt Thomas and Jeff Rightnour (West Chester) to reach the men's doubles semifinals at the PSAC championships this weekend at Bloomsburg University.

ESU Takes 8-1 Win vs. Cabrini

EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University won all three doubles matches on its way to an 8-1 win over Cabrini in men's tennis on Tuesday afternoon at Wolbers Courts.

Men's Tennis Competes at 2008 ITA Regionals

BLOOMSBURG - The doubles team of sophomore Zach Ontell and freshman Mark Covert reached the quarterfinals of the "B" tournament to lead East Stroudsburg University's men's tennis team in the Atlantic Region of the ITA Regional Championships held at Bloomsburg last weekend.

Warriors Men's Tennis Edges Ramapo 5-4

MAHWAH, N.J. - Sophomores Ryan Baxter and Zach Ontell won three-set matches at the final two singles spots to lift East Stroudsburg University to a 5-4 win at Ramapo in men's tennis on Tuesday.

ESU Tennis Falls at Bloomsburg

BLOOMSBURG - Sophomores Will Norris and Ryan Baxter won 8-3 at first doubles for the Warriors' only point as Bloomsburg took an 8-1 win in East Stroudsburg University's fall men's tennis opener on Tuesday.

2008 Pocono Open to Benefit ESU Tennis Scholarship Fund

EAST STROUDSBURG - The 2008 Pocono Open, a United States Tennis Association (USTA) prize money event which is being held this weekend at Split Rock Resort, will include a fundraiser to benefit the Dr. Charles Wolbers Memorial Scholarship Fund at East Stroudsburg University.
