EAST STROUDSBURG -- East Stroudsburg University senior Ryan Love (Dallas/Dallas) has been named to the Daktronics Division II Men's Soccer All-Northeast Region first-team, it was announced Tuesday.
Love, a senior captain, scored six goals and handed out four assists this season and was a key part of a defense that allowed just 13 goals.
Love and the Warriors finished the season 17-2-3 and won the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference title and advanced to the NCAA Division II playoffs.
The Northeast Region squad is comprised of players from Dowling, C.W. Post, New York Institute of Technology, Bridgeport, New Haven, ESU, West Chester, Shippensburg, Lock Haven and Mercy.
Players who earn first-team honors are eligible for All-America honors.
