ALLENTOWN -- Iuri Pinto won the 8k race with a time of 27:08.67 and Matt Collins was right behind him with a time of 27:15.26 to help the East Stroudsburg University men's cross country team to a second place finish the DeSales Invitational.

The women's team placed fourth overall with Jess Chong finishing 17th in the 6k run (26:30.05). Kelly Brennan, Lori Johanson, Jackie Young, Chrissy Greer, Tiff Sauber, Katie Chawner, Cari Anne Gerbino and Carol Bullen all placed in the top 100.

Jeff Carr, Jon Holland, Matt Frable, Pete Miller, Anthony Femia, Nick Goffi and Kyle Layton were all top 100 men finishers.

The Warriors will host the ESU Invitational on Saturday.
