KUTZTOWN - Senior Iuri Pinto finished ninth in the men's race to lead East Stroudsburg University at the PSAC Championships on Saturday at Kutztown.

Pinto ran the 8k course in 26:39 to earn All-PSAC honors. He will compete for a spot in the NCAA Championships next weekend at the NCAA Regionals at Lock Haven.

Freshman Chris Zadroga finished 34th with a time of 27:55 followed closely by sophomore Ryan Doyle at 27:58 which placed him 37th overall. Rounding out the men's top five were Matt Cook (51st, 28:31) and Matt Frable (72nd, 29:00). The men finished sixth out of the 12 PSAC schools.

Junior Amanda Bradbury led the women's squad to a ninth place finish overall out of 14 PSAC schools. She came in with a time of 25:27 which put her at 27th and right behind her was sophomore Niki Pasquarella at 25:37 to place 32nd. The rest of the team all placed in the top 55 with Rachel Ostroski at 45th (25:59), Lori Johanson at 51st (26:09), and Amber Horn at 55th (26:14).
