EAST STROUDSBURG - Channon Easley of the East Stroudsburg University men's basketball team has been named the ABC Trophy Inc. Athlete of the Week.
Easley averaged 12 points and nine and a half rebounds per game in their last four games played against PSU-Schuylkill (14p, 14r), Briarcliffe (13p, 9r), Cheyney (7p, 5r), and West Chester (14p, 10r).
Against West Chester, his efforts aided in the team's victory, which was the first time since the 1995-96 season that ESU swept the Golden Rams.
The Warriors also recorded two double-double's, which brings his career total to 12.
