MILLERSVILLE - Reggie Bates and Greg Testa combined for 41 points to lead Millersville to a 63-59 victory over East Stroudsburg University in the quarterfinals of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference men's basketball tournament on Tuesday night at Millersville.

The loss ends ESU's season at 18-10. Millersville, the top seed in the Eastern Division, improves to 24-4 and advances to this weekend's Final Four.

Channon Easley had 17 points and 11 rebounds for his 11th double-double of the season for the Warriors. Andy Heimbach was also in double figures, scoring 12 points.

Bates had 22 points and 11 rebounds for Millersville, while Testa finished with 19.

Millersville scored the game's first seven points before the Warriors recovered and held a pair of one-point leads midway through the first half. The Marauders finished the half on a 14-5 run before a layup by Pat Fleury cut the deficit to 31-23 at the break.

The Warriors trailed by 14 points four minutes into the second half but managed to slice the margin to 52-50 with 6:02 remaining. A three by Testa pushed the Millersville lead to seven (57-50) before Easley answered with a pair of buckets to make it a one-possession game with 2:23 on the clock.

A three by Bates extended the lead to six, but Josh Wentz came up with an offensive rebound and putback to make the score 60-56 with 1:26 to go. Wentz hit a three with 10 seconds left following a pair of free throws by Charles Jones to pull ESU with 62-59. Jones made one of two from the stripe after the inbounds play to put the game out of reach
