Assumption of Risk Form

EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University will host a National Girls and Women in Sports Day event on Saturday, February 14 in conjunction with the ESU women's basketball game against Shippensburg at 1 p.m.

The event will be held in the arena of Koehler Fieldhouse and will begin with registration at 8:30 a.m. Girls ages 7-12 and in grades 2-7 will participate in a number of developmental sports mini-clinics with the Warrior coaches and student-athletes.

There is no charge for this event, and participants will also receive free admission to the women's basketball game at 1 p.m. All participants should wear appropriate athletic wear and tennis shoes and bring a bottle of water.

Registration is limited to the first 150 girls that have submitted a completed Registration Form and Assumption of Risk form. Both forms should be returned by February 11, 2009 to:
