FootballSenior football player Tim Strenfel (Hanover Twp./Hanover) caught four passes for 156 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Warriors to a 40-3 victory over Cheyney. The two touchdowns gave Strenfel 28 for his career, a new record for ESU wide receivers, passing the mark of 27 set by Mike Mancuso. For the season, Strenfel has 36 catches for 784 yards and eight touchdowns for the 7-2 Warriors. ESU will conclude its regular season Saturday when Mansfield visits Eiler-Martin Stadium for a 1:05 p.m. contest. |
