BasketballChannon Easley set a new ESU men�s basketball record for blocked shots in a game to highlight his best week of basketball this season and help the Warriors go 3-0 and the team's sixth win in a row. The freshman forward swatted eight West Chester shots and missed an unusual double-double by a small margin when the forward grabbed nine rebounds to go with the blocks. He added six points and two steals vs. West Chester. The 6-8, 215-pound Easley averaged 5.3 points, 5.7 rebounds and 3.7 blocks per game. In the two earlier games of the week, he had six tallies, four boards, two blocks and a steal in a victory over then-regionally ranked Millersville. Easley chipped in four points, four rebounds and a blocked shot in a middle game, a 59-57 victory at Cheyney. |
