Thank you for your interest in visiting East Stroudsburg University. Summer campus tours will run from June 3 - August 3. Online registration for weekday morning/afternoon and a few select Saturday morning options will be available soon. Please check back here in mid-May to register for a summer tour. We look forward to having you on campus in the near future!
Registration and Confirmation
Registration is mandatory for all visitors. Please register for a date one week prior to your desired visit day to ensure enough time for a response and confirmation email, which contains the date, time, and location for your visit in addition to a parking pass. You will need to print this parking pass and display it in your car while you're at ESU. Please note: The campus tour office is closed on weekends.
Email confirmations will be delivered within 3 business days after submitting a request. Your confirmation may be delayed if registering during a major holiday reserved by ESU. In the event the date is full, you will get an email or phone call to reschedule.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather on the day of your tour, we highly recommend you call (570) 422-3922 and listen to the voicemail recording to verify if a tour is cancelled, especially during the winter months. Please note tours are cancelled at the discretion of the Coordinator of Campus Tours to ensure the safety of our visitors. If ESU is closed, tours are cancelled automatically. If you are unsure of the status of the university, go to Campus Alerts to verify ESU is still open.
