Applicants Seeking Re-admission
Students who were previously enrolled in an undergraduate degree program wishing to return to the university after an absence of one or more semesters must apply for re-admission.

Non-Matriculating (Special) Students
Non-degree students are students permitted to take courses at the university but are not admitted to the university or to any degree program.
Non-Degree Applications
- Dual Enrollment Application ($45 fee) (HS students). SAT/ACT mandatory. Designed for high school juniors or seniors who wish to take one or two courses at East Stroudsburg University. All Applicants must submit an approval letter from Parents/Guardian and Guidance Counselor as well as an Official High School Transcript. The top margin of all letters should be marked "DUAL ENROLLED" for easy viewing.

Others who may be considered for non-matriculating status are:
- Students enrolled in degree programs at other universities who wish to earn credit to transfer to their home institution.
- Applicants who have been denied admission as degree-seeking students and who wish to improve their academic standing.
- High school students who wish to enroll for courses while simultaneously attending high school.
- Eligible senior citizens (see below).
Senior Citizens
Pennsylvania residents who are at least 60 years of age and retired may enroll as non-matriculating students (see above). Course registration is on "space-available" basis.
