*Please note, there is a $45 application fee for Fall and Spring, payable only with a credit card or electronic check.
*An application fee is not required of students applying for Summer Sessions, but a deposit must be submitted to secure a seat in your registered classes.
*Students who have a fee waiver should complete the application and then fax the waiver to 570-422-3933 with the students name and log in written clearly on the document.
